Im looking for a specific stuffed toy which I have but Ive had since i was born , so the makers tag is not on him anymore from millions of washes. I would like to know who made it by seeing a pic of it so i can try to fix him.

Well, since you didn't post a link to a picture, we have no idea what you're looking for. Look on e-bay, or find some sites for stuffed animal collectors. Since it was only 20 or 25 years ago, someone may have one they are willing to sell.
