Well let me take each of the categories one at a time,

Preseonce of EMT64: Some of hte 5xx support EMT64, while all of the 6xx support it.

L2 cache is 2Mb: That is a difference, all 6xx have 2Mb, while all 5xx have 1Mb.

Presence of 2 processor core: No Pentium 4 has 2 cores, that would make it a Pentium D

System bus of 667Mhz: Some 5xx has 533Mhz system bus, others have 800Mhz, all 6xx has 800Mhz

Presence of HyperThreading: A few 5xx don't support HyperThreading, all 6xx support it.
