What graphics card should i get for 720p gaming?

For a pc gamer who doesent use resolutions higher than 720p on his monitor with highest settings in a game, whats the cheapest gpu u recommend for me? Which will get the job done at least 35 fps? And which will get it done at 60fps? thanx

Well that is not easy to answer cause every game is different.

You may get 35fps in one game and 20fps in another.

So the cheapest are probably:

Nvidia 7900 GS
or
ATI X1950 Pro
