Just think about what you would like for yourself and then picture her with it, and if you think she will be happy with it and love and enjoy it as much as yourself, then that would be it,,
I always found it pretty easy for my gf because most women know what women want.

Valentines cards are very sweet and romantic
I would send chocolates and a little necklace.
I would also NOT SIGN my name to them.
If she is not OUT- that would really freak her parents out.
Give her a love name and yourself one as well.
