Is this something you want her to do or you want for yourself?? My husband has tried for years to get me to do it. I refuse to do it Im happy with me. Has she told you your D@$% is not big enough. Maybe she would like it to be bigger! You gonna do something about that?!?!?!

Olive oil breast massage daily.
I have seen it and I vouch it worked. One of those traditional granny things.
But don't expect miracles.
Unless she gains weight or pregnant, her breasts won't fill up just like that.

squeeze her arms together, that will tone up her pectoral muscles and cause the breasts to be perkier and sick out further.. just don't over do it or she'll look like those gross female body builders...
you could always try those creams and stuff.. but I hear they don't really work
