That's a great question that really make you think about it, and analize this situation wich is important for your careers.
I used to be a leader, i know i had some skills to be a leader, to be followed, listened, and trusted.
But at some point of life i have become a follower, really, as awfull as it sounds i became a follower, and i don't really know how to find the path to leadership again.
We all need to be leaders, no matter what's the position you have in the job, or just in everyday's life.
I believe there is the need for follower in the companies, because there is the need of people who will do just as the leader says, and not try to make a diference, sometimes that kind of people is very useful to get to the goals.
But in a leader is very important to make his or her followers another leader, to help the people to think beyond, to make the people to grow, in the knowledge that if your people grows it can push your self up.
So i guess i'll try hard to become a leader again, even tougth at the moment i don't really have a position to make decisions or to manage people, i will get to there by acting as a leader, become propositive and proactive, and by leading my self ahead.
Thanks for asking this question.

It's hard for me to answer that... I am a good leader at certain things, but I'm a very good follower in my opinion.
