What you are feeling is normal. Losing someone close to you is the hardest thing to get through in my opinion. When my wife lost her Dad to cancer, she went into a major depression. With counseling and time she is able to cope better now. It has been 41/2 yrs. Let your feelings out and cry when you need to, get angry when you feel it and let all those feelings out. It's not healthy to hold it in. I know it is a cliche, but time does help to heal. If you have someone you can count on, talk about it with them. If not don't be afraid to seek counseling for a while to have someone to talk to. I hope you will soon be feeling better. Try to concentrate on all of the good times you had with the person and be thankful they came into your life. I wish you all the best.

Because life does suck once a loved one passes away!!! But you have to go on living here until you are called away. So instead of taking out your anger on everyone else. Learn how to deal with it in a more calm sort of way. And just remember depending on how good you are here on earth the faster you will see your loved one. But if your ugly it will be a long time before you see that loved one of yours.

There is a normal grieving process one has to go true. First it is usually, anger, ( because they dare to have left you) loneliness, (how can his/her place be filled) feeling lost and others such emotions. To get back on track one is suppose to go through all of this. I hope that you have a person to talk to after going through you're own journey of inner turmoil.
