Why do women cut their hair really short? Don't they know how ugly and "dike"ish it looks?

I don't care how "cute" they think their pixie cut or bob is they look like a man! It's so ugly. Everyone knows that long hair on a woman represents sensuality and youth.... Why would anyone want to be the opposite?

Maybe they have nits. cause there is no logical reason why any self respecting female would cut her hair short, and i'm a chick
