Actually a recent study showed that not only does marijuana NOT cause lung cancer, it actually helps protect you against cancer. The theory is that THC kills aging cells, preventing them from becoming cancerous.

So if it's legal, and beneficial for you, why not light one up?

Weed does not do you any good, its just a drug. Booze is legal and I don't drink it. People who want to legalize marijuana have the poorest agrument there can be by comparing to other devastating drugs like alcohol. Booze because it is legal to buy causes a great deal of human suffering because it is used by so many, but its an addictive substance too. So arguing that we need another drug to mess people up because we have others is probably what keeps weed being illegal. That, and it does harm people. The baby boomer generation was all about weed in the 60's and we are the largest segment of the population so you would think it would be easy to legalize it. Nope. Every one of us knows a lot of people who are just burnouts, can't work, can't parent, can't drive, can't function. So we are the largest group of people with weed experience. So we know what its about. Drugs are bad, OK?

Theres in hardship-free words some techniques it should be legal. via regulation, no. Medically, marijuana is given in pill style, so smoking it would not be legal, and the pills do not grant you with a severe. the in hardship-free words time smoking weed is legal is for leukemia sufferers I beleieve, or some type of maximum cancers (i'm not one hundred% particular what the most cancers or in spite of is) or perhaps then they could nonetheless decide on a well being care specialist's excuse and what not.

Yes. Not heavily, though. I could smoke a bowl before bed during the week. And smoke a joint or two on the weekend. That's at most... I like weed, but I'm not mad about it.

If weed wasn't legal I would probably smoke it.

"No it kills."

Hahaha what a misinformed person!

I smoke weed now, and if it was legal, yes I would continue to smoke!

No, never have, never will. What others do, is their business. If some one brings it to my home, even though it is legal, they will be throwed off the property with my shoe still up their butt. If it is ever legal, they still need to respect other peoples property and respect the fact that all do not want to be around it.

No. Weed gives you the munchies, and I'm really trying to lose some inches around my waist.

I might be tempted to try.

But as I get older, I prefer the feeling of being sober and in control to the feeling of being "under the influence." It seems scary to me now. I hear that the pot available now is a lot stronger than what was available "back in the day."

When you get old enough, you take enough pills, etc. already! :)

I don't know. I guess it wouldn't be any different than drinking enough beer to be effected by it. I probably wouldn't, though, just because I couldn't even make myself smoke a cigarrette when I tried. It was just gross.
