To defy court ruling of putting home up for auction while ex husband plans secret lean under old construction company name??? He lives there now. Dated the psyco for 6 weeks and dont know how to alert his wife of scam....bodyguard???

I would call the judge who ordered the Auction.. They will know if he tries to do this..

Does the Ex wife have a vested interest in the house? Without it, she has no say in what he does. If so, then You have a moral right to tell SOMEONE, either HER, Her lawyer or the courts.
Ask for anonymity when you do. You don't want this guy coming after YOU.
