Probably pretty good. I prefer not to work in corporate restaurants, but if I did, Applebee's would be the first place I would apply. They were chain of the year a couple of times recently and I think the food is pretty good and the servers seem happy. Tips are going to depend a great deal on what neighborhood the one that you work at is located in. A nicer area will generate a better pecentage of tips... ALSO, if you know of one in an industrial area, the lunch shifts are probably pretty nice. I think their sections are 4-6 tables at a time.
