Since all children are different and they don't all grow at the same rate I would say 16-20 lbs for a 10 month old baby is all normal your doctor should tell you what percentile she is in for her weight and height.

Average weight would be around 16 pounds. But that does not mean if she is heavier or smaller that anything is wrong. As long as she is following her own growth curve everything should be fine. If concerned bring it up with the doctor at her next well child check.

it all depends on the baby. my daughter is 6 months old and already weighs 17 lbs 2 ounces and is 27 inches her doctor told she is fine.

my granddaughter just turned 11 months & she weighs a little over 18#. Dr says she is on target for her height.
