I think it is time for you to have a talk with your teen...
First of all how old is your teen?
It is pretty normal for teens to experiment with their sexual desires..Masturbation,some foreplay with teens their age ect..
But the teen needs to know about all the Sexual transmitted deseases that can be spread even through Oral Sex...these non intercourse experiements normally turn into much more pretty quickly and so there needs to be a talk about how they can protect themselves from Pregancies and STD's by the use of a condom....so it is important to inform them before it is too late.
Because these STD's out there are so brutal..and teen pregnancies are quite common, but can be avoided if we are open to talk to our teens about it...instead of shrugging it off,and hoping it will go away..b/c it will not.. I would rather have that uncomfortable moment with my teen when he comes up to me and tells me that he wants to have Sex with a girl, and I educate him on STD's and Pregnancies than to receive that comment that will change his life for ever:" Mom,she is pregnant". Or later in life hear that he has AIDS.

No, it's NOT okay. There are just too many issues regarding sexual practices of any kind that teenagers are really not ready to handle. There are the emotional issues, and STD's, and possible pregnancy. Teenagers have too much in their lives to be able to take part in a responsible sexual relationship, which is what we want to teach them - to be responsible.

I'm not stupid and I have three teenage daughters myself, so I know what goes on, but I have spoken at length to them about sex and its implications. I've told them that the best way to avoid all of the negative consequences of early sex is to remain abstinate until at least age 20. Believe it or not, my 12-year-old daughter has friends who are already having sexual intercourse and oral sex!

Depends on the age group. Are you talking about oral sex or are other sexual sensations and experiences?

In most schools they start the safe sex lecture classes in the 5th grade, some even sooner and others later. In college classes they talk about everything under the sun.

Some private schools (non-religion based) have oral sex clubs to keep teens from having sex related issues.

It all depends on the age group.

Depends what age, I suppose - there's a big difference between a 13 year old and a 16 year old

If you mean heavy petting...yes its quite common. The moral issues involved are another matter! That is really down to the individual and the upbringing of the teen

It pretty much depends on who its with and how far you were planing on taking this? If your with a partner then i would say yes its normal but it is not normal if its with some random guy of the street

It depends on your own - or the teens own- moral beliefs. I think sex sexual practices should be stressed, to prevent transmission of disease, and pregnancy.
