No need to go through all the trouble of getting the fry out and killing it. As long as its in a tank with adults they will take care of it, if they don't well then the fish must be OK enough to not to get eaten and it knows how to protect it self.

Those kind of things happen from time to time, it's just nature and guppies are prone to birth defects actually. As mean as it might sound the best thing to do it remove the fish from the tank, put it in a small container of tank water and place it in the freezer for a humane way of putting it out of it's misery. It will only suffer worse in the long run if you let it live.

There is actually a type of fish with no eyes, and it uses movements and such to find its way around. So maybe your baby guppy will do the same...?

Wow, that is interesting. I guess these things happen though. I don't think I would be able to kill it. I would just leave it. There are fish in the wild that are naturally blind, and they live just fine! So, my advice is to let it be and let nature takes it course. If it lives, that is awsome, but if it dies at least you gave it a chance. Fish have better instincts than we think.

The changes of survival are small. There is the question of food, both ways - will it be able to eat and will it be able to avoid being eaten.
I hope the fry are on there own as they might get eaten by bigger fish.

DONT KILL IT! if it has just been born it may not have formed eyes yet. this can happen. its more common in mollies than guppies but it does happen! if it still dosent have eyes in 7 days you will have to kill it but not at the moment!

cull it.
it would be the kindest thing to do.
the easiest way for tiny babies is to remove it from the tank, put in damp kitchen towel, and then a bit of newspaper, then drop something heavy on it. all done as quickly as possible.
it may suffer if left to grow up, and be outcompeted to food by it's tankmates.

I don't have any fish but I'm assuming that nature will take care of it. Like how people are born blind but their other senses are heightened to help them out, well maybe the baby fish's other senses will help him out
