Actually I was in broadcasting for a short time. When I made a commercial and it had a disclaimer it wasn't too hard to do. Once you memorize the words and practice it over and over it becomes a lot easier to do. So, yes I can and have.

I can't even hear as fast as they talk, irritates me to no end. Quick, change the channel.

my favorite commercials are the ones advertising some pill...........with all the crazy deadly side effects........."taking this pill may cause blindness, paralysis, or death"..... and then they sneak something in at the end really fast........
