Not to mention he should be tried as a war criminal, I think hearings are underway at this time, it will really depend on what is uncovered in these investigations as to what charges are brought against Bush and his goons. I certainly hope it can be done before he starts a war with Iran.

So far, the mandate that American voters delivered at the polls in last November’s mid-term election has been ignored by politically-timid politicians on both sides of the aisle. The new Democratic leadership of Congress lacks the guts to do what must be done to stop a despotic President and return control of government to the people. So his criminal behavior will go on until he's out of office.

What I find amusing about this whole post is the gross distortion of facts that you are presenting.
President Bush is not the head of some regeim as you put it. He is the elected leader of our Country and he is the head of an administration. I think that it's totally wrong and wholly unpatriotic to suggest otherwise, and by doing so, you reveal an agenda other than reacing the truth.
There was no felonious outing of a CIA operative. That idiot, Valerie Plame, outed herself when she took it upon herself to inject herself and her idiot husband into politics in a feeble attempt to embarass the President, purely for personal gain.
As for the wiretapping, read the Patriot Act before you make statements with no basis in fact. On that count, you are just sadly wrong.
No torture was approved.
The only criminal behavior that I am observing is the libelous fiction you are presenting as truth.

Well why aren't the Democrats even talking about doing something? Of course the Republicans wouldn't do anything Bush is in their Party. But now the Democrats are in charge. What's stopping them? Why aren't they forcing the issue IF Bush has really done anything that is illegal.
IF his behaviour is so grossly criminal are you going to vote for anyone who does nothing about it?

I have been trying to figure out this same question for 6 years now, ever since he illegally "won" the election in 2000. I still have no answer.
But I know that in the future, his government will be reviled as one of, if not the most, corrupt government in US history.

Plame was a desk-jockey. Libby is on trial for lying to the grand jury about actions that the special prosecutor has found broke no law.
The FISA statute doesn't apply to the spying program.
And the spying program isn't "spying on Americans" - they're monitoring the electronic communications of foreign terror suspects and paying special attention when those communications cross the US border. The target is the foreign terror suspect. Read the statute's definitions section - it doesn't apply to this fact pattern.

I respect the fact that you are a US veteran, if in fact that is true, however what about when Clinton was in office. It was under his "watchful" eye that the stock market was completely over inflated, hence the beginning of such corporate disasters as Enron. Many companies at that time were over inflated, overstating stock values therefore resulting in a such a great economy while he was in office which ultimately didn't exhist. Many people were misled financially under his watch!! Accept it, there is no perfect party or administration so get off of the Republican haters band wagon already!!

The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment. Before Bush can be charged with any crimes in a criminal court, he will first need to be impeached and removed from office. If you have evidence about any crimes he has committed, send it to your Congressman. If he/she really thinks it is enough to impeach the President, he can initiate it.

When the actual proof is layed on the table, then it will be taken care of.But because people who hate this administration feel that everything that is done illegally. The President cant dictate the world..,he has to have congressional and senate approval for everything..,as he did with this war.So dont hang it on one man and one party as the democrats have had their hand in this cookie jar as well.So dont lay it all on the GOP..,you liberals are right in with it,they just dont want idiots like you knowing it.
