part of sonic dvd plus got deleted now how do i get it back on the right path? I have a pop up that will not go away. it is a Sonic MyDVD Plus error. can anyone that knows about sonic on a hp computer help me?

Sounds like you DELETED part of the program instead of UNINSTALLING it, thus the error message.
You should have either a disc with the program on it or a Recovery disc that came with your computer that you can REinstall the program....Then, UNINSTALL it properly instead of simply trying to DELETE it!
*IF* you don't have the disc, you can most likely get it from the company's website.

Look under "PC Help & Tools" in the Start Menu.
Choose "HP Application Recovery"
I believe that Sonic came with the HP unit you have. This utility will take you through the steps necessary to repair or re install it.
* it may be necessary to fully remove Sonic before installing it again....this can be done via "Add Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.

with the download file sometimes theres an uninstall thingy in the folder. i use an hp as well. go to add/remove programs in the control panel and uninstall it from there.
