Yes, its D Frequency.

This is because from the equation c = f x lambda
c is a constant (i.,e. the speed of light)
f is frequency
lambda is the wavelength.

With visible light, red has a longer wavelength (~700 nanometers) and hence a lower frequency(4.285 x 10e14)

Violet light on the other hand has a smaller wavelength (~400 nanometers) and a higher frequency (7.5 x 10e14)

Frequency and Wavelength are very closely related.

The answer is D, light is an energy wave, this also includes sound, light, radio, and several other forms including A,B,G rays etc. it's all the same energy(which is I believe is still undefined!) at different wavelengths(translate to freqencies) Hope this helps, Mark
