Well if you want to, you can talk to Tom about it. Or report them, I know it doesn't sound cool, but that guy or girl will never bother you again.
Another thing that you could do, but not the number one choice. Is delete your profile. You can do this by looking your name up and find your profile while signed in. And there will be a button saying if you would like to delete yours.
Or, you could just Ignore him.

if hes on your friends list delete him and set your profile to private and then people can only message you,comment you and all that other stuff if they are on your friends list.if hes not on your friends list just do the same thing.if he keeps asking to be your friend block him and report him
