the guy that installed our double glazing won't give us our fensa certificates. Anyone know how we can reslove this? Fensa are not interested.

Why wont he give you them? If he is withhold them because you have not paid in full, then you best pay up!
Perhaps try speaking to a solicitor?

Firstly, if you are having windows replaced with PVCu, Building Control would not be interested if you have a Fensa company installing them,as the company was/are registered under Fensa which allows them to install the windows without Building Control getting involved. Secondly,I would have thought that as the company that fitted them were Fensa registered at the time,they were fitted to spec. A Fensa certificate only proves that they were fitted to the correct standard.Double Glazed units are guaranteed for at least 5 years,no matter who fitted them,unless of course the manufacturer goes to the wall.
