it could happen to anyone....just relax...kids and teenagers just have to pick on someone!that's just what they do...and u know why they decided to pick on u? cause u let it get to u! just ignore them, lay low for a while....when someone says something to you or u hear someone talking about u behind your back just play cool...like u don't even care what ppl say about u...u will see that after some time they'll get tired of gossiping when they see it has no effect on u...they will start picking on someone else...just try to stay cool all of the time...

I'm afraid that is why I am home schooled. I have fewer and truer friends. I am really sorry, but I can only offer inexperienced advice. Firstly, for a week or two, try being a loner. If you cannot stand talking yourself into ignoring them all day, do you have ANY friends left? Make yourself a tight circle of friends who will never betray you. If you have no old, close friends left, then make new ones. Or try forgiving the gossipers and invite them to do something with you. They will be so surprised (I hope) that they will stop gossiping about you and find someone else to pick on.

Honey! That's what people do!
What those people need is a little more sin in their own lives, so they would stop looking for it in others'.
And School children do gossip a lot. ITs the age, Goddamit! Everything is a novelty.Believe you me, after some time, you'll be old news, whatever the scuttlebutt accuses you of having done! Its not fair, but you can hardly do anything about it.

Most people gossip because they have nothing else to do with their lives. They're ragging on themselves and they wanna feel better so they talk about others. You're obviously doing something great that people are so jealous of you. So keep doing what your doing and dont let it get to you. And if all else fails, use the dozens.

You might be telling people too much of your business. If you don't tell everything about yourself then they would have nothing to gossip about. It seems like your good friends are the ones that are turning on you and are jealous.

Don't worry about it. People do these kind of things to make themselves feel better. They are the ones that have no life so they must make their life more entertaining by gossiping about someone else. This happens in my workplace also so its not just young people doing it. Its just life I guess.

It doesn't matter if you did anything or not, people are going to talk whether you give them something to talk about or not. Be secure within yourself enough to beleive: "If they're talking about you, they're letting someone else rest" Gossip is the root of all evil. I honestly would not dignify any of it with a response! let em talk! They probably don't have anything better to do.

Sometimes, people just find it fun to laugh at someone else. Just ignore them and they will get bored about it... Don't try to prove anything against their argument... Let them be... That's what I do and such gossips and jokes just die down after a while. Be strong and confident about yourself.

Maybe they are jealous of you? Or you are just very unlucky to have people who love to gossip around. You should provide more details.

Try not to concern yourself. People love to talk about nothing in particular. And real friends who know you won't be influenced by stupid rumors. Just be yourself, hold your head up and let it wash over you.
