If the 13 year old is into sports, try Tony Dungy, coach of Superbowl champion Colts. Read up on how he conducts his practices and how he treats his players. This guy is a good role model for kids coming up in sports, especially those who have football coaches who think you have to yell and swear to get kids attention.

If you're interested in leadership why not Jim Lovell who was the captain of the Appollo 13? If you don't know how he overcame the odds and saved his crew, rent and watch the Appollo 13 movie, starring Tom Hanks as Lovell. Great, inspirational and fascinating. Shows how good leadership can make life and death differences.

That's a really hard one. If you can choose either living or deceased, I'd choose Pope John Paul II. Regardless of your religious beliefs, he was one of the most successful diplomats of his time, and he worked very hard to live a good and peaceful life. He's always been my idol :).

definately grandparents, parents, and 110% Hilary Duff... it can actually be anyone... just not someone who does drugs and sets a bad example... i say Hilary Duff for a girl and Jesse McCartney for a boy.. or one for both genders
