How can I make an Inline frame which expands?

I want to put an Inline frame in my webpage to display another page inside

But I want this Inline frame to expand according to the size of the page it is showing.

Does anyone has the code for that please

Or is it possible to do anyway?

This only works in IE. I have not researched on how to make work in Mozilla. If you get that answer, could you email me?
