Well the only one I knew of was E.L. Konigsburg From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler and The View From Saturday. However this lady:

apparently had a lot of time on her hands and has compiled a list of all multiple medal winners/honours winners (3), all multiple medal winners (2), all single medal winners/honours winners (11), and all multiple honours winners (12). Lots of great books in there!

It depends if you mean just Newbery Medals or if you include Newbery Honor Books as well. The award is given by the American Library Association (ALA). A complete list can be found at the ALA website (www.ala.org), specifically: http://www.ala.org/ala/alsc/awardsscholarships/literaryawds/newberymedal/newberyhonors/newberymedal.htm

E.L. Konigsburg, Joseph Krumgold, Lois Lowry, Katherine Paterson, and Elizabeth George Speare have each been presented 2 Newbery Medals. no one has gained it extra advantageous than two times.
