Oh girl, ME TOO! I hate it with a passion. I'm need like a 1/4 of an inch to be 5 feet and I am 104 lbs, 23 years old...it took me 3 months to gain that cuz in October I was 98 lbs you can only imagine LOL anyways my favorite store is called "579" they carry sizes: 00, 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 Good Luck!

You should be able to shop anywhere. I'm 5'3", 111lbs. and 21, with curves so it limits where I can shop, but a size 4 or 6 in pants usually fits fine. If you have more of a straight shape with not much waist or hip definition then shop in the Juniors clothes, these are odd sizes (including the 0 sizes), ranging from 00-13. If you have curves, then shop in Misses and these sizes range from 2-12 or 14.

this is normal now'a days. go to the mall. forever 21, charlotte russe, 579, papaya etc.
