Usually the Filipino skin tone is very much like Asian or Mediterranean skin tones with a good deal of olive or yellow . Turquoise blue is nice, as are red with yellow undertones, or pink with orange in it(peach). Dark green is a good choice, as well. So are magenta and fuchia, which are deep pinks.

I think that a white will go good...But since every designer has a different white tone I would suggest going to a bridal shop and trying on different dresses in different shades and colors and whatever you like now go one darker...So that way it's not blinding white when you do get tanned...

Black is always good.
Turquoise and Magenta dresses always play well against filipino skin tones.
Good luck!

Bright colors: Yellow, White, Beige, Pink, Red.
or dark, moss green, maroon, deep violet.
You could go with you own skin tone color, i think those are called 'nude colors'

black works for every one. grey or a deep purple might look quite stunning with your color of skin.
