I asked a question about "Pulsars" but I meant Quazas.

You mean quasar. They are very distant, very bright objects and thought to be supermasive black holes. Here's a good write up.

Because they are so far away, we see Quasars as they were billions of years ago, while the huge collapsars (the misnomer "black hole" is still being applied, unfortunately) at their centres were absorbing whole suns, generating many times the energy that a less active galaxy like ours produces, since ours has long ago absorbed most of the mass nearby.[ Collapsar = collapsed star.]
