Men reach a physical peak at approx 25 yrs old and women at 21. This is why you find female tennis players tend to be younger than male tennis players...Male athletes have a power to weight ratio to contend with...therefore male gymnasts tend be younger at their peak as muscle is heavier than fat.
Hair/nails being waste protein can keep growing as stated and nose and ear lobes do grow throughout life. People tend to get shorter as they grow older due to muscle weakness and poor posture which holds the skeleton upright...therefore you should measure your height in the morning if you want to be at your tallest.
Hope this helps....

I stopped getting taller at around 15. Most guys slow down around 17. Some guys keep on until 21. Thyroid problems and you can continue for longer.
Women 15 is normal to stop growing quickly, some reach their height at 12. My aunt grew until she was 25!
However, My gut only just started growing.

The human brain never stops growing. They say that you stop growing brain cells by the age of 2, But in actual fact you can grow brain cells right now! Just by learning new things, doing puzzles, Exercising, your brain can grow bigger. You could even try taking Omega 3 tablets (fish oil) you can pick up a bottle from your local supermarket.

I think females have reached their adult height by 18 or so, and males by 20- 21.
The previous poster was right about the ears - my father died nearly 93 years of age and his ears were ENORMOUS!

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/byUwM
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
