No, I don't think it's possible. But it's a nice thought. Your question made me think of the article linked here. They found two human fossils hugging each other. There are pictures and everything.

For sure, even a momentary embrace lasts a long time in this world in these times, but how long exactly is an internal, personal issue.

In a poetic sense I state that often. In a very REAL sense How can anyone know, while still living?

Certainly you'll get answers that have religious context, and with respect, that context is a "Truth" to them, and a belief, and if it's also a comfort zone for them and those they love then by all means it should be regarded, respected, and not disputed.

No, but nothing will change the FACT that you shared love, even though that fact will be forgotten in time. I know this answer may seem depressing because it reinforces the "nothing lasts" truth in one's mind. However, it is the exact opposite in reality. It is our "attachment to the temporary" which causes the agony of separation, not the "nothing lasts" truth causing the agony of attachment.

Hi, I feel it's possible - my partner and I have an extremely loving relationship because we respect each other, don't take each other for granted, allow the other one to 'be themselves', when we're apart we sense that we're still together and we're not 'joined at the hips'.

YES PROVIDED THERE IS NO PHYSICAL FACTOR. IF YOUR BELOVED RECOPROCATES THEN YOU WILL BE ON CLOUD NINE. BE SURE ABOUT WHAT FOR YOU LOVE BECAUSE ONLY UNCONDITIONAL LOVE WILL ONLY GIVE ETERNAL BLISS- FOR EXAMPLE LOVE FOR GOD WILL ENABLE YOU REACH THAT ETERNAL EMBRACEMENT. BUT DO NOT THINK THAT GOD ALONE CAN BE BELOVED.

NO because you also need space to love others and to be loved by others. Only God can love eternally as God is unchanging and all actuality. Humans are physical creatures and are subject to decay.
