Here are all the ones that I know of.
Streaming-
Youtube.com: It has everything but usually horrible quality.
CrunchRoll.com: It's very quick and if it has an Anime..it's orgonized and probably every episode.
Inblinks.com: Shows, movies, cartoons, anime. Small amounts of each and gathered from various sites but it also has all the episodes of whatever it has.
DailyMotion.com: Not as great as the others but worth a chech if you can't find something nowhere else.
Peekvid.com: it's orgonized and updated often, but it's directly linked to youtube.
Video.anime-eden.com: This is a great one as well, quick loading and all the episodes for the most part.
YourFileHost.com: Be careful with this one, VERY careful, it has no length limit so it could have some nice animes....but be careful of the....umm, "adult" vidoes.
Downloading-
Realitylapse.com: It has a BUNCH of animes each one 70 mb in size...pretty quick.
Vita-anime.com: Has some, 60 mb in size each.
There are more but there should be enough. Also...Isohunt.com is the best if you want to use torrents, preferably Bitcomet.

If your into the whole Bleach anime than this site is perfect for downloading the show(subbed and maybe dubbed) and the manga.
