How modern do you want to go?
I could manage about ninety years, or so, because I like electricity or at least gas lighting, but I'd rather not go back before 1950 because of medical advances like the Salk vaccine and penicillin. On the other hand,If we are to go back farther in time, using bread 'plates' that get eaten would eliminate dishwashing always a plus with me. I wouldn't want to go back to the times they thought washing was a twice in a lifetime affair. The odors must have been horrible, even if you didn't know any better. But survival isn't enjoyment so yes, I think I would survive.

Yeah, I have lived on a farm for 23 years of my life and I always thought about that, the modern convenience disappearing, how would we survive. That would be a wake up call to the world. So, I always did the things that you could do with convenience, the hard way.

Would humans survive? Yes. Would I survive? Who knows. Without "modern conveniences" like farming, mass production, widespread remote transport/communication, or medicine, then the population would be severely crippled. Remember, the population we have today isn't purely because of reproduction, it's primarily because we're living longer and more conveniently.
