Looking for software that will enable me to print a book with say 25 pages without me having to sort the pages

MS Word will obviously print page after page of text but I want it in booklet format double page etc. Anyone any ideas please?

word can also print as a booklet
if you have a printer.
check properties of printer properties.

Microsoft Publisher is the best recomendation for doing this.
