Yes. After a long day of work then cleaning the house, making dinner, taking care of the kids come night time I am exhausted - to tired for sex so yea, someone can really be to tired.

You can't be (as a man).. You can be too tired to take the initiative... But to just lay and let your woman do the work is only relaxing...
For women it is probably possible however....
