you can get pregnant on birth control, nothing is fail proof and there is always the human error factor (i.e. forgetting a pill)

You can indeed get pregnant while on the pill. Antibiotics tend to be the culprit (especially this time of year when so many are ill). I had no idea that antibiotics could result in pregnancy while on the pill untill 8 years ago when I found out that instead of the flu I was pregnant. It was a great surprise! Although I now tell everyone I know about the pill/ antibiotic relationship.

Only abstinence is 100%, so yes...you can get pregnant on birth control, some are less likely then others...look at link...good luck!

yes, I got pregnant using the pill and pregnant using condoms and foam at the same time. Nothing is 100 except not having sex.

most birth control is 97-99% effective is used correctly. this being said, it is not foul-proof, especially due to human error, for example skipping pills.
