if hr mgr. called you into their office made direct threats and would not let that person leave the office?

hollering,forcing her stay in his office,i'll make sure i personally get your job????

I would contact the local department of labor, the managers higher ups, and possibly a lawyer just to be safe (to protect against an unwarranted/illegal firing)... your boss sounds paranoid and mentally unbalanced.

I would also make sure my resume is up to date just in case you have to leave, either by being fired or at your limit with this craziness.
