Allow Kashmir to become an independant State.
Promote birth control.
Build more schools and hospitals.

1. Fix that bloody (literally) Kashmir. Do like what Bush did to Afganistan. It belongs to India. Read the history and see how it has been dragged to this state in the name of religion. If all other border states like Gujarat, Punjab etc., are not asking for independence why Kashmir?. It's a serious issue to think. You can't devide the nation based on religion. It was already done before.
2. Employ only literates as ministers not jokers or criminals.
3. Deploy new techniques.
4. Ban the protests that affect the public and public properties. Severe action against those people that disturb peace in the name of anything
