I personally don't think it is a scam address, indeed there is this office and a building itself, it is really a registered address in Singapore. You can find concrete evidence at http://www.yellowpages.com.sg if you want to check out if it is a locally registered address. And I think The Corporate Office is a business related to Real Estate Developers. You may also wish to check it out at http://www.corporatelocations.com.sg to enquire for yourself.

I second that it is a scammer. "the corp office"???? Come on, that is just stupid.
Do a google search on "Nigerian 419 Scam" -- see if anything looks familiar to the email that you got. I bet it will. Gotta work if you want money. Sounds to good to be true, expect that it is.
