The key for these sides to develop is to have a good structure at their home base. by this, I mean that they need to have a strong domestic competition, a development program for young cricketers to progress through and also a strong board.

Strong domestic competition will help improve the overall quality of player base in the country, and will challenge players to play their best. A developmental program, such as an academy, can hone the skills of promising youngsters and help develop and refine their game so they can make the transition to the top flight. A strong board helps provide a strong direction and leadership for cricket and related issues in the country.

Of the three that you have mentioned here, Bangladesh are the most likely to develop. They have good structures, and their youth teams are quite competitive at worldwide tournaments. Kenya need to eradicate the money problems they have and refine their domestic comp. As for Zimbabwe.....the less said bout them the better I think.

In order to become great cricket sides they should be prepared to work hard.
they should also be able to hire good world class coaches who will be able to improve the stabdard of the game as well they will need to have better infrastructure.
The sports should be inculcated and there should be more grass root level participation and also they should be able to make the players tour various other countries and give them more exposure. The teams should be able to tour more countries and get more help from the cricket boards which have established themselves in this reghard . This is how the sprts will improve in such countries.

i think...such teams..should have professional and good coaches like John Wright and Tom Moody to coach them so that they will improve in their game and plus they should recieve encouragement frm other teams and their country ppl.The most important thing is that they should actively participate in as many tournaments all possible so that they too can realize their weakness and work on their games...
