Fascism is a politico-economic system in which there is: total executive branch control of both the legislative and administrative powers of government; no independent judiciary; no Constitution that embodies the Rule of Law standing above the people who run the government; no inherent personal rights or liberties; a single national ideology that first demonizes and then criminalizes all political, religious, and ideological opposition to it; and total corporate determination of economic, fiscal, and regulatory policy.

Yes. And bustin--I now live in Europe and I know that there is no escape--it is more facist over here than in America--people are going to jail for "speech crimes" sounds alot like "Newspeak", "doublethink" and "thoughtcrime"!
These people never heard of Patrick Henry and seem to have no problem with not having freedom of speech. But Europeans are wussies anyway...

The world is being consolidated. The best ways to consolidate the world into one superstate (or at least half the world) are: to impoverish the citizenry by taxes, free trade, etc.(so that they are too busy trying to survive to pay attention to what is actually going on), to divide and conquer by way of multiculturalism so that the voting populace can't come to a consensus (and to rob blue collar workers of jobs by undercutting wages--more impoverishment), to break down the family so that more loyalty and compliance with the government on behalf of the individual is possible, to eliminate the right to own guns so that the populace is unable to defend itself not only from the govt but from each other leaving the citizens no choice but to rely solely on the police for protection (you aren't even allowed stun guns or pepper spray here in Europe, you are also not allowed to defend yourself with brute force in your own home)--and of course as crime gets worse the police will be granted more power, we will see more cctv, curfews, etc. 1984. Where I live there are cameras on nearly every street.

Oh, and by the way--it USED TO BE A REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC, it hasnt been one now for at least 40 years.

The first thing that any person who loves their freedom could do is openly oppose all globalist organizations--NAFTA, WTO, UN, EU, etc. Get educated outside the major media or your childrens lives will be hell.

Well, let's see...

total executive branch control of both the legislative and administrative powers of government
no (remember a few months ago when dems celebrated their 'control' of congress?)

no independent judiciary
no (but questionable -- what exactly does 'independent' mean?)

no Constitution that embodies the Rule of Law standing above the people who run the government
no. on paper, rules apply to government officials. (but questionable in practice)

no inherent personal rights or liberties
no (Bill of Rights, duh?)

a single national ideology that first demonizes and then criminalizes all political, religious, and ideological opposition to it
no (duh. name a single instance.)

and total corporate determination of economic, fiscal, and regulatory policy.
no, it's the opposite. corporations are regulated to death.

how are you going to have inner most possession with the state on excellent of issues? this isn't questioning your premise, only showing how oxymoronic that is. inner most agencies should be thoroughly freed from the authorities see you later as they're obeying an similar regulations as everyone else. Fascism does no longer completely examine with authorities's courting with organisation, both. that is a society in which a persons'' rights are determined with the help of their rank in governmnet. this would comprise organisation, yet no longer inevitably.

Nope, not even close. The executive branch is held in check by the legislative and judicial branches of government, and we still have rights and liberties. People are still allowed to believe whatever they want, as long as they are respectful of other people and property.

The United States' form of government is a representative republic. It is as far from fascism as one can get. Look up the definition of the word in a dictionary. Most of what you claim is not correct.

Given your definition of fascism, the USA is very much not a fascist government. There are lots of things in that list that are not practised in the USA.

I'd rather say it's fascist people. They're the ones who choose between two parties.
