Any body can help Arab they are suffering from war and they are poor and stupid.
They fightting U.S were are they go i think no way they will just keep die.

With no offense to you or the first 2 answers, whom I happen to agree with; you can't be too "Stupid" if you've gotten this far in your quest. "THEY" (Arabs) too are likely not as you might define them.
By the way, Intelligence is not a promise of wisdom, nor a strict ability to receive and store knowledge. I'm fairly certain in your mode of thought, you might find STUPID among any colors/cultures/religions/socio economic strata, and be discontent.
Again and with no offense, how might we here know your level of NOT stupid? Also do you believe attaining NOT STUPID is a process reached through Osmosis?

Nations come and nations go. For many centuries Persia was the greatest empire on Earth. While Europeans were burning people at the stake they were studying astronomy and physics. After World War II the middle east became dominated by outsiders. Leaders were installed to be lackeys of the Soviets or the Western Allies. For the most part these people were poor leaders.
It will take a long time for the region to develop good governments. If they can do it before their oil runs out, those countries have a chance to become beacons of civilization again. On the other hand if some leadership doesn't step up in the next 20 years or so, they may never be worth more than a pile of sand.

Arabs are an old civilization with am amazing cultural background , in science and humanities. They didn't ask for the wars that the area have been suffering the last 80 years . Blame the English and now the Americans

the arabian leadership has the power to buy all USA
and they buy and have companies in the USA
but the majority of people are not rich and the Arabian people dont do war... the rich leadership of them does that has not Arabian way of living and thinking but Western
