They happen in little pockets that randomly occur in time and location. It is impossible to precisely locate when and where they will happen, so keep your eyes open, and you might get lucky. Most likely you'll be doomed to stupid inane chatting and lots and lots of bots.

Some try hard but there are always loud people without much knowledge there.
