A lady and her Attorney have said that I am the only one to know of this and she is on her death bed. I am to distribute the money to the poor. Anyone know of things of this nature?

Never read spam, which this is. And never, ever reply to it - it will result in your getting tons more spam in the future as, having done so, you have given them confirmation that your email address is real.
Spammers typically send emails to randomly, computer generated email addresses-it's hit and miss for them. They don't know whcih are realy, until someone responds. Plus, they will likely sell on your email address to other spammers.
And please don't give them any of your personal information, especially not your bank details - your account would be emptied by them pretty quickly. Unless you know this woman, of course it's a scam.

nah i don't think so. if that lady is in her death bed, why would the attorney or lawyer get it for himself?
there are less poor people in your country; they should have sent it to africa, asia; or maybe give it to a foundation for man or animals.

Scam. You and a billion other people got this. At some point, you'll be asked to send (real) money to them for some charge...

They will ask you for some money or your bank account number/routing number. Your balance then will soon be $0.
