Cosmos Kramer. His character made that show funny. Who can forget the Junior Mints episode or the one where Kramer and Newman are driving to Michigan to return soda bottles.

but I have to say after watching the show all of these years I cant give the credit to one guy but to evrybody who did anything in that show - the whole thing is freakin funny - even Terry Hatcher was great in that Real Boobs ep

Cosmos Kramer without a doubt. The reason is the he's the one with the crazy @$$ ideas and he always screws himself out of money (episode when he spilled hot coffee on himself and instead of taking the settlement he wanted his picture on every billboard and a year supply of coffe). George's father, Frank is the best character on the show. Remember Festivus? and the episode where we learn why Frank refuses to cook? Two of my favorite episode!!!
