Freedom of speech, freedom of and FROM religion, abundant, low-cost and healthy food, free public education, opportunity for success, freedom of association, (nearly) equal rights for women, opportunity to start your own business, a variety of geographical features (mountains, plains, deserts, coasts), ease of travel (by that I mean not only the interstates and the airlines, but ease to move to any part of the country you choose. In some countries you need government permission to move into another city). That's all I can think of for now but there probably are many more good things.

I'm able to live very well on the American gauge of very little.
When I travel I am seen as rich to the locals, although in this country my income is average.
I can return bought items to most stores and get a refund.
I can sue the pants off anyone who injures me.

We have malls, super highways, beaches on three sides of the country, mountains, skiing, wide open spaces, large cities, we have a piece of every culture here on earth within our borders, baseball, football just to name a few. I could fill this board with all the good we have in this country.
