ah... Toscana Toscana...
Verona, followed by
Florence,
Siena (day trip from Florence) and
Assisi (day trip from Florence),
then finish in Cinque Terre...
as a single traveller I recommend you stay in hostels, I stayed in some fantastic ones, especially in Florence and Verona...
I've put the links below for you!
In Forence, make sure you book online to visit Michelangelo's david, as the queues can be several hours, and that's one attraction in Florence you don't want to miss...

Cinque Terra. Though technically not in Tuscany an unbelivable place a bit northwest of Pisa (Don't bother w/ Pisa) there are 5 small villages along the coast with breathtaking views and miles and miles of hiking trails between them. You can get there by train I beleive but we drove so can't help there.

would not recomment pisa very over rated, full of stalls selling wide variations of crap and too many tourists to really enjoy although the library and cathedral are quite pretty!, got to Siena (definatly its beautiful) Florence is a must, then assisi, lucca, san gimiano (cant spel it) plus cast the net out and go to Rome its so incredibly amazing and on the last sunday on every month its free to get in all the attractions! Enjoy and dont be dragged down by the fact your on your own Italians are so friendly and often eat and drink on their own so u wont seem out of place
