firefox theme?

i downloaded the super mario world 3 theme from the firefox website, but when i restarted firefox it said that the theme was on but wasnt showing, can anyone help me make it show.

Restart Firefox, love. Go into the Task Manager (control alt delete) and shut down firefox.exe if it's still running.

If it's still not working, contact the maker of the theme - go to the theme's page and look for the creator's site / email address.
