unlock code for rover 214?

i have a 1994 rover 214 ,that needs an unlock code but how do i get one from the dealers when they dont answer the phones or have a running website

hi,is the code to unlock the car and allow you to start the car? if it is then it is called a key access code which is a four digit number which is worked from the drivers door lock,if you look in the local telephone directory under car security or mobile car electrical specialists,you may find a specialist who can obtain this code with a hand held car diagnostic computer which can be plugged into the cars alarm system ,you can then enter the code via the door lock with the key,always start by turning the key to the left first, then right,then left,then right,in accordance with the code that you have been given,you should now be able to enter and start the car.
