I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The best way to lose weight, is to eat more often. This is actually suggested by doctors, before you start an exercise routine (if you choose exercise). SMALL & HEALTHY portions eaten round the clock will jump start your metabolism and keep you from getting hungry. after a couple of weeks you will see a diffrence. The best part is, if you choose wisely, you can eat as much as you want, and then when you splurge on higer calorie foods from time to time your body will burn it off quickly.

the best way to reduce weight is eating fruits and veg as dinner and not eating much lunch, including these all , you should take help from your mind, for example you should imagine yourself in a shape you like, think about it everyday one hour in different times.

The composition of what you eat and the size of meals has relatively small impact on weight gain and loss, though it can certainly impact your general health and hunger.
If you eat less then you burn, you lose weight. Period. There's no magic person in the world who somehow can gain weight eating less then they burn.

Hi, basically you need to be having less calories than you burn. So without exercise, your body won't be burning many calories and so you need to really keep the calories down. Calories that are not burnt by the body turn to fat.
