Oh I know how you feel, I'm 24 and it feels like I was 19 just yesterday. And it seems the older I get the faster It goes by. It seems that the only time that goes slowly for me is when I am bored. Which is not often, with all of the things that I do in a day. So I can only recommend setting some time aside each day to do absolutely nothing.

Hope it works, good luck!

I hear you. I get so caught up in "life" stuff it's tough to slow down, and appreciate the little things. Time, especially the last few months for me anyway, is flying. Most of it is a blur. It disturbs me.

I have a little book my Mom gave me years ago called "The Promise of a New Day". It is meant for people in recovery, but can be used by anyone (me, for example). It's just simple daily meditations. I keep it in my bathroom :) and read the day's meditation every morning. It's not preachy or religious; it just helps put things into perspective, and almost always hits a nerve/touches on something I can relate to. I highly recommend it! Helps me to stay light on my feet. Being weighed down by responsibilities, obligations, and to-do lists can keep you from seeing your life going on around you.

Anyway, if not a book, just try to take every opportunity you can, every day, to just breathe. Even if it's for one minute. Or do anything that gives you the chance to sit still and live in the moment. Whatever works for you.

I hope this helps. Take it easy, and breeeeeathe :)

Life seems to pass by very quickly because most of what we do is mundane. The practicalities of living take up so much space in our life and it's the sameness of each day that makes them blur. Change things, often, change routines, change your job, you home, you perspective, your state of mine, whatever you need to change. Step away from the mundane and ordinary as much as you can.

Mostly make sure you love your job. If you don't like it, or even if you are indifferent about it............well it's a lot of you life to spend wishing you were doing something else.

When did all this start? Backtrack and think about when the weeks were not going so fast. And get back on that track. Things should slow down again.
Take care.
