study, study, study, study
then take a break
make sure that you check with your teachers about any problems you have and that you get them to look over some of your sample/practice questions you have done to see if you are on the right track (trust me, this does a lot for you confidence)
Try and pre-empt questions and study everything the teacher has given you. talk about the subjects with friends
Relax, if these ain't your final exams of your school life then just think of them as practise and learn from them
Make sure you eat a good breakfast on the day and have heaps of sleep before hand, no cramming because it will not work
Dont stress if you dont get 100%, to be sucessful in any subject you need a bit of talent which not everyone has, just go for the best you can achieve and be happy for it
Good luck:-)

Start studying from day one. Take work home every day and spend about 1/2 an hour looking over all your work. If you don;t understand something fully write your question down and return to your teacher to ask about it the next day so that you are constantly keeping on top of your work. Start studying for exams at least 2 weeks in advance and space your study out so your not cramming it in. I find putting things in sections, re writing stuff and highlighting it helps the first week. then the next week i read over stuff and go over things I dont understand. Do practice exams.

Also you cannot expect to be 100% I would aim 99% :P You will ruin yourself with stress otherwise.

If your teachers are reviewing with you watch signs they give you to tell if that information is going to be on the exam. some could be that they focus on that subject or keep repeating it, another could be that if they're using body language in a forceful manner than it must be a serious topic. if they don't just try going over the notes and pointing out titles and subtopics and little information. most of all just keep cool and don't party, get a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast to keep you going.

Well sometimes I do pass top of class. The secrets would take about 20 - 40 books but basically study and make notes.
